"Dear Jessica and Gina,
I am so full of gratitude for this past weekend and for my relationship with each of you. This weekend was incredible. It was so powerful to be in the company of you both. You set an example of what it is possible. You are both such wonderful role models. The experience helped to rekindle my determination to work hard and nurture my practice. I have been on a journey to find my spiritual apex through yoga while creating a sustainable business. This goal often seems like an impossible dream. Watching you both gave me renewed hope and I am very grateful. I think the example that you set in working together is one that the women that attended your conference will benefit greatly from. I can't imagine what my adult life would have been like if I had spent the weekend with the likes of you both when I was in my 20s, 30s… You should be very proud of yourselves and hopefully you recognize the impact you are having on many many women. I love you both. Thank you for your generosity and inclusivity."

"Thank you so very much for such a wonderful SUP Yoga experience! I was so looking forward to SUP yoga and the weekend was greater than I anticipated. I was extremely impressed with the level of experience and professionalism that both you and Jessica demonstrated. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I arrived. I am also grateful for your way of empowering women and promoting safety and professionalism in the sport. You are both a role model to others and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with you. I am very excited to get back on a SUP and to teach SUP yoga. I woke up this morning with a lot of ideas and the motivation to turn them into a reality. However, I will need some guidance and support."

Led by one of the pioneers in the country, Jessica Bellofatto, on the only floating studio of its kind in the Hamptons, these classes combine traditional yoga postures with the added fun of floating on a stand up paddleboard (SUP) in flat water! All classes include a quick paddle lesson for newbies, a short warm up paddle, and then we will attach to our anchor system for a sweet yoga experience unlike any other. Designed for all levels, you will be guided through an intelligently designed sequence of postures strengthening and lengthening all of the major muscle groups, opening up the breath, quieting the mind, and moving into greater alignment with ourselves and the natural beauty that surrounds us out on the water. Click here for more information.
Our moonlight paddles will take place during that magical time as the sun sets and the moon rises. We will paddle across Three Mile Harbor as a group, and then return to the beach and anchor to our floating Yoga studio (the only one of its kind in the Hamptons!), where Jessica will guide you through 'moon salutations' and a sweet evening yoga practice on the boards, followed by a short meditation. We will then return to the beach for some refreshments. Unlike anything you have ever done before, this paddle will awaken your senses and is guaranteed to be a highlight of your summer season!
