Jessica Bellofatto and Hayley Schmitz are thrilled to announce the May 6 opening of our gorgeous new space, still conveniently located at 66 Newtown Lane, just across the hall from our old space!
This is a joint venture - two businesses sharing a space - so in addition to our regular schedule of amazing yoga classes to assist you in your goals of dropping into your own center and manifesting the life you desire - one of joy, peace, and happiness, you will also now be able to supplement your practice with a full schedule of Pilates mat classes, Hamptons Barre, and private Pilates sessions on the machines!
An expanded retail section, monthly events, such as movie nights, and art openings showcasing local artists, as well as lots of great upcoming workshops with teachers such as Elena Brower, Amy Ippolitti, Duncan Wong, Beryl Bender Birch, and more make for an exciting summer season at KamaDeva Yoga!

Finding your Center. The Essence of Who You are and Consider Yourself to Be.
Remaining centered in today’s chaotic world is a profound aspiration. If you are centered you are still, calm, focused and aware, no matter what is going on around you. To find the core of anything or anyone, first look to your center, and project your feelings empathetically from that point. Knowing who you are is a beautiful thing, because if you are something, it can never be taken away from you; you cannot lose yourself.
To stay still, calm, focused and aware... meditate. Meditation simply means to be with yourself, no matter where you are at that moment. Just be; leave the busy commotion of your mind, for a few minutes every day and sit in silence. Ask yourself - WHO AM I? HOW DO I SEE MYSELF? Your responses to these questions help you to build your foundation.
Your foundation will help you structure breathing space for inviting great things into your life. Let go of all that isn’t serving you, liberate yourself, and create more space. Your foundation will also help build discipline, which is about consciously making a choice that is most in alignment with who you are. Your discipline requires you to be present and to know yourself, to find your core.
A strong core in your physical and mental practice allows you to live in balance, whether you are in warrior 3 or a warrior in the office. Balance is essential to success in your life. Albert Einstein said it best, “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” Find your center, meditate, build your foundation, live a life in balance, embrace the fall and if you do, GET BACK UP & KEEP MOVING! Moving Heals.

Take Your Practice to the Next Level with Personalized Adjustments in Class.
What is an ‘In-Class Private’? Also known as an ICP, the in class private was created by Jivamukti Yoga years ago, back when I was a teacher trainer in (gulp) 1996. In the knowledgeable hands of a certified teacher you are guided and assisted in each and every movement during a class. The teacher’s hands almost never leave your body as they skillfully correct misalignments and aid progress moving you toward breakthroughs and new levels of awareness. This private can be scheduled during any KamaDeva class, with a teacher of your choice. This extra guidance will help take your practice to the next level. Well worth it and better than any massage!
Cost: $125 plus class fee. Series of 5 with the same teacher: $575 payable in full in advance. Please contact info@kamadevayoga.com if you have questions or to arrange an in class private.
SUP DEVA: Yoga and Stand Up Paddling Classes are Back!
Jessica Bellofatto & Gina Bradley take you Paddling in the Hamptons.
Join Jessica for a challenging "CLASSIC DEVA" yoga class geared for all levels in which we will move through an intelligently designed sequence of postures targeting the legs, butt, abs, back and arms, open up the breath, quiet the mind, and move into greater alignment with yourself. Once centered in this way, we will then move out to the water, receiving stand up paddling instruction, and go off together for a walking-on-water adventure!
Saturdays in May & June: 12:00-1:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays, July through August: 11:30-1:00pm
Cost: $75 for individual classes, or $300 for a pack of 5 classes.

Hampton's Private Chef: Local Food with Global Flavors!

Hey Folks! We are getting to that time again, for some its already here, when the Hamptons kick up a bit and the time to rejoice by the ocean becomes part of the weekly routine. This year I have 1600 sq ft of earth beginning to grow my Organic Vegetable garden for the season!! My greenhouse is filling up by the day with new sprouts (purple cauliflower, heirloom broccoli, asian cabbage, and red kale are the latest), the Garlic has been unmulched and the sugar snaps, snow peas, shell peas, radishes, bok choy, arugula and scallions are all in the ground awaiting your arrival! There will be herbs and flowers and berries as well and all will be available to support my Chef work very soon and throughout the Summer and Fall!
