A Yoga Retreat to Tulum, Mexico with Jessica Bellofatto & Lois Nesbitt at the 'Eco-Chic' Amansala Resort.
January 31 - February 6, 2010
The Retreat
The turquoise waters of the Caribbean ocean on the Yucatán peninsula, dubbed the "Mayan Riviera" will be your backdrop for a week of Yoga, relaxation, and restoration on this amazing retreat. Join Jessica Bellofatto, Jivamukti certified and Anusara, Iyengar, and Ashtanga trained yoga instructor with close to 20 years of experience on a magical, healing, Mexican retreat. Up to 4 hours of yoga daily, fresh, delicious, healthful cuisine, long walks on the beach, Mayan mud baths, and an optional temezcal (sweat lodge) combine to ensure that this week is one in which you can drop deeply back into yourself. Jessica's classes are sweaty but mindful, and Amansala never fails to provide us with an amazing backdrop for lots of Yoga, lots of relaxation, and a lot of laughs. On our most recent trip (January 2010) the group bonded quickly, as it always seems to when people are in a place where it is so easy to let down our habitual defenses and drop more easily into our true selves. We welcome yogi's from everywhere with all levels of practice to join us for our return to this wonderful retreat location in January 2011!
